How do I buy XRP in the app?
Tap Buy on the wallet home, pick an amount, read the full quote (rate, provider fee, what reaches you, how long it takes) and continue to the payment provider for your card details. The XRP lands in this wallet.
- From the wallet home tap Buy.
- Pick an amount or type your own. The screen shows roughly how much XRP that is at today's price.
- Read the whole bill: the rate, the provider's fee, exactly how much XRP reaches you, and how long it takes. It is a live quote, so it recalculates if you change the amount.
- Tap Continue. You are handed to the payment provider, outside XRP Mobile, for the card details. A first purchase usually includes an identity check.
- When the provider completes the order, the XRP arrives at your address, which also activates a brand new account.
Your card never touches the wallet and neither do we. If a purchase is delayed or declined, the provider's confirmation email has the order id and their support contact; see I paid by card and the XRP has not arrived.
Can I use XRP Mobile on a computer?
XRP Mobile is a phone app for iOS and Android. There is no web or desktop version. On a Mac with Apple silicon the iPhone app can run, with no guarantees.
How do I contact support?
Tap the gear, move to Support and tap Start a chat. Have your public address and any transaction hash ready. Never share your recovery phrase, secret numbers or private key with anyone, including support.
